Tower Third Party Review is the code review and permit expediting company of Tower Engineering Hawaii, Ltd. Third party permit review was authorized by the City and County of Honolulu in 2005. The program is probably one of the best examples of how a private/public partnership can be effective and benefit area business' and residents. Tower Third Party Review maintains an experienced, licensed, and ICC certified staff with the disciplines of Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Design to provide "expedited" services to those clients whose project is revenue driven or time sensitive. Our staff works with the project's design team to facilitate communication and code review changes in order to obtain building permits in an expeditious manner. We also help to coordinate the permitting process through the various agencies, including Board of Water, Board of Health, etc so that you can obtain all permits necessary to begin your project. A majority of our projects are commercial, residential or industrial and we have also completed multi-national resort projects and local residences.

We utilize the same forms and processing structure as DPP, but we do it on a expedited schedule. Fees are based on job complexity, number of disciplines, drawing sheets, volume, value and schedule required. Quiet simply our focus is to save the developer and owner time and money by expediting the reviews for Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Structural plans while simultaneously coordinating other permitting processes. We do that by keeping our employees flexible to your needs based upon the requirements of the specific project.

In most cases we are taking weeks versus months for the permit processing. As the old saying goes, "Time is money and Money is Money!". If construction workers can get started and off the job 90 to 180 days ahead of schedule-the end result is very determinable and is shown in the number of repeat projects for retail clients.
