Tower Construction Support Services, is a department of Tower Design Group and was created to provide the critical interface between owners, contractors, designers and federal/state/city agencies. Construction/Project Management and Administration can be a stand alone project as well as an accompanying part of Tower's A & E design services.
The Tower Construction Support Services team is poised to provide a wide array of services including: project management, construction management, construction administration, inspections, quality control, commissioning, and energy audits. Some of the projects we have worked on include New Central Utility Plants, Hotel & Condo Renovations, Cogeneration Plants, Operating Room Expansions, and ADA Compliance Upgrades.
Services typically provided under a CM agreement include:
Construction Document Review
Procurement assistance
Contract and Document management
Cost Control (minimize those change orders!)
Scheduling (finish on time!)
Quality and safety assurance (do it right the first time!)
Code compliance
Progress documentation and archiving
